Mark has successfully litigated various cases involving real property disputes such as adverse possession and mechanic's liens as well as probate and will contests. Mark is a magna cum laude graduate of New York University and a graduate of St. John's University School of Law. He is a frequent public speaker on the issues of Medicaid and Estate Tax Planning conducting seminars and lectures throughout the New York City area. He is committed to serving his clients needs and will afford them the best possible protection for their rights and assets. He is an active member of the Elder Law Sections of both the New York State Bar Association and the Richmond County Bar Association.
Ms. Spero is a magna cum laude graduate of St. John’s University and a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Richmond County Women’s Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association and the Richmond County Bar Association. Ms. Spero is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey having over fifteen (15) years of experience. Ms. Spero is dedicated to her clients by achieving for them the best possible results. Timothy M. O’Donovan is Of Counsel to the firm in the areas of criminal law and civil litigation. Mr. O’Donovan is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey in both State and Federal Courts. In 1994, he was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney in the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases. Thereafter to present day, Mr. O’Donovan continues to work as a civil litigator and criminal defense attorney. Mr. O’Donovan is a trial attorney with over fifteen (15) years of experience. He is an active member of the New York City Bar Association, the Richmond County Bar Association and the Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bay Ridge Lawyer’s Association. In 2010, Mr. O’Donovan was selected to be a member the Judiciary Committee of the New York City Bar Association, whose primary function is to evaluate potential judicial candidates and sitting judges; he is currently the only attorney from Richmond County on this committee. Mr. O’Donovan is a graduate of Saint John’s University Law School, where he was a Dean’s List student, and has an undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Saint John’s University. |
